MEET PASTOR CARL:
Pastor Carl and his wife Joann have been leading First Assembly in Union Grove since January 2, 2006. They love this church and it's evident in their passion for the people and ministries here.
Pastor Carl has a long background in church ministry, stemming from his 20 years in the United States Navy where he served as a Chief Electronics Technician. He has ministered in many different States and Countries because of his Military travels, leading different church services and Bible Studies wherever God stationed him. Even though he teaches full-time at the Navy base in Great Lakes, Illinois; he challenges us every time he preaches to "not only be hearers of the Word, but doers, also". Pastor Carl also leads our Wednesday evening Bible Studies.
Pastor's wife, Joann, is our Worship and Fine Arts leader, and leads our Women's Ministries along with serving on our Hospitality committee.
